Getting Started with New Club Importer Template

1 Click on 'enable editing'  so you can edit the excel file. More information on step 1 This occurs as macros are attached to this template to make the buttons work.  The Macros attached to this document are safe.
2 Click on 'enable content' so macos are enabled. More information on step 2 This occurs as macros are attached to this template to make the buttons work.  The Macros attached to this document are safe.
3 Select 'yes' if you are asked to make the document a trusted document More information on step 3 This occurs as macros are attached to this template to make the buttons work.  The Macros attached to this document are safe.
4 Import a previous upload file or from the Club Importer> Export page.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE ONLY 1 EXPORT CAN BE IN THE TEMPLATE AT ONE TIME

5 Add individuals to sheet More information on step 5 This needs to be performed after the export, otherwise they will be overwritten.
6 Fix all the cells which are highlighted yellow.  More information on step 6  
7 Update gymsport and level for your athletes More information on step 7 Gymsports and level are not mandatory but you need to ensure that new athletes have this information (otherwise the import will fail) and that this is correct for your athletes so they can enter competitions appropriate for their level.
8 Delete rows if required More information on step 8  
9 Create an import file More information on step 9  
10 Use the Club Importer (Club Admin Home> Club Importer) to import your file. More information on step 10
