For more detailed information about the Bulk Renew and screenshots, please refer to the attached presentation at the bottom of this page.
To use the Bulk Renew to renew existing athletes in bulk for the current year:
- Go to Club Admin Home
- Click on the Administration tab.
- Click on the Bulk Renew button
- The Athlete Bulk Renewal Form will appear.
- To find athletes to renew:
- Please click on the row headers to sort records by a field
- Type what needs to be filtered and then click on the filter icon to view filtered records. Here are some examples to get you started:
- To see all only Athletes from 2016, please type '31/12/2016' in the Paid Through field and select the EqualsTo filter
- To see Athletes who start with a B last name, please type 'B' in the Last Name field and then select the 'StartsWith' filter
- Please update the Page Size at the bottom of the screen to view more or less records per page.
- Important warning: Please ensure that you save use the save button before using another filter. Otherwise these updates will not be recorded in the athlete's record and you will lose these changes.
- If you are unable to find an athlete on the bulk renew list, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The athlete has been transferred from your club. Please check either your Club's:
- Transfer List
- Athlete List
- The athlete has either not had a mailing and/or location address uploaded into their profile. Please refer to the update athlete details page for more information about how to fix this.
- Clubs are able to update the following details on the form - but please ensure you save any changes.
- Date of Birth
- However if you need to update other athlete details which are not editable on the form, please refer to these processes

- To renew, please check the box on in the Renew Athlete field on the far right hand side of the screen
- To save, please click on the Save button at the bottom of the page. We recommend you save frequently.
- To confirm athletes have been renewed for the current year, we recommend you use one of the Club reports
