Unplanned iMIS Outage today 4pm (Melbourne time)

We will be having an unplanned iMIS outage today at 4pm (Melbourne time). This is to resolve issue due to a number of users not being able log into iMIS Desktop currently.

This outage may take up to an hour.

This iMIS outage will affect:

  • Remote Desktop
  • Advanced Account Console
  • Test Remote Desktop

Please note that users will receive a warning message who are logged in when ASI are about to reset the system at  4pm Melbourne time today.

Users please do not try to log onto the above iMIS environment today so that this procedure can be completed.

We will send communications to advise when the outage is over and the system has been restored.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Important: iMIS Outage Tuesday 13 December commences 9.30am Melbourne time

We have a planned end of year iMIS outage on the 13 December 2016. This outage is for Gymnastics Australia to back up the database for 2016.

The good news is that we will not have as long an outage as what has been previously communicated!

The iMIS outage will commence at 9.30am (Melbourne time) on Tuesday 13 December 2016 and we have estimated that the outage may take up to 2 hours. 

Gymnastics Australia will send communications to this distribution group immediately prior outage and when the outage is finished. 

This iMIS outage will affect:

  • Gymnastics Online (GOL)
  • Staff Site
  • Remote Desktop
  • Advanced Account Console
  • Test Gymnastics Online
  • Test Staff Site
  • Test Remote Desktop

Please note that our websites will still be available over the outage.

Once the system gets restored after the outage finishes, we will let all users back into iMIS apart from Club Administrators. 

Club Administrators will be allowed back into iMIS from 9am Monday 4 January 2017.

iMIS outage after midnight tonight Melbourne time (make take up to 3 hours)

We are having a planned iMIS outage tonight from midnight Melbourne time.  This outage may take up to 3 hours and the system will be unavailable.

This outage will affect:

  • Gymnastics Online
  • Staff Site
  • Remote Desktop
  • Test Gymnastics Online
  • Test Staff Site
  • Test Remote Desktop

 The reason for this is so ASI can perform some required work on our server.

There has been a change on this page since we upgraded and users are experiencing an issue when trying to register individual athletes. This was not supposed to occur and wasn't found during our testing.

The technical team are investigating at the moment and we should have it resolved soon.

We have found that if you enter the Home Phone, DOB and Gender, click SAVE, then add the Gymsport - this is the best process at the moment.
