The new Validation Template can be downloaded from Club Admin Home> Administration> Club Import> Start New Import button> then click on the button 'Download Validation Template'
It is important that you check that you are using the latest version of this template as the template will be updated from time to time due to Athlete Coding (gymsport and level) changes. This is usually at the start of each calendar year.
Please follow these instructions to successfully import a file using this new template:

|4||Import a previous upload file or from the Club Admin Portal> Reports> R. Club Import Export Report.

|5||Add individuals to sheet||More information on step 5||This needs to be performed after the export, otherwise they will be overwritten.|

|7||Update gymsport and level for your athletes||More information on step 7||Gymsports and level are not mandatory but you need to ensure that new athletes have this information (otherwise the import will fail) and that this is correct for your athletes so they can enter competitions appropriate for their level.|

|9||Create an import file||More information on step 9||IMPORTANT do not open this file as the zeros from phone numbers will be dropped.|
