How to get a person set up as a Club Administrator

Club Administrators are people who can be nominated by their affiliated club to access the Club Admin Portal in GOL (Gymnastics Online) and also manage your Club in the LMS.  These users are sometimes referred to as Power Users or Org Admins.

To be set up as a Club Administrator, please contact your local state gymnastics association and provide the following details:

  • Full Name including middle name (must match what is on WWCC or equivalent card)
  • Club
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Address (including street, suburb and postcode)
  • Date of Birth
  • WWCC or equivalent details:
    • Card type
    • Card number
    • Expiry Date

Please note that you can only link one club to any login profile - otherwise there will be issues with administration and reports in the Club Admin Portal.  As a workaround you will need to be set up with more than one login profile if you are a club administrator for multiple clubs.

There are no restrictions to the number of club administrators a club can have.

Your local state gymnastics association will confirm the login details and provide any further information to help you get started as a Club Administrator.
