If you did not receive an email to confirm your username or reset your password, please check your email account's spam or junk filter, and add the to your safe senders list.

Some users are current not receiving username or password reset emails due to their email provider spam filtering or blacklisting our emails.  If you do not receive an email, please check with your email provider why our emails are not being received before contacting us.

If you are still unable to reset your password or username, please submit a support ticket so we can help you.
