About Club Administrators
Club Administrators are people who can be nominated by their affiliated club to access the Club Admin Portal in GOL (Gymnastics Online) and also manage your Club in the LMS.  These users are sometimes referred to as Power Users or Org Admins.

All Clubs must have at least one Club Administrator and for data security reasons, Club Administrator accounts must not be shared.  There is no limit to the number of Club Administrator accounts a Club can have and there is no cost associated with establishing a Club Administrator account. Clubs must review their Club Administrators annually and notify their State Association of any changes required.

Given the nature of the role and the requirement for individuals to hold a WWCC or equivalent, Gymnastics Australia requires Club Administrators to be at least 18 years and over.

What are Club Administrators responsible for?

Club Administrators are responsible for ensuring the registration of the following members is current for their Clubs in the Club Admin Portal.

How can I get set up as a Club Administrator?
To be set up as a Club Administrator, please contact your local state gymnastics association and provide the following details:

  • Full Name including middle name (must match what is on WWCC or equivalent card)
  • Club
  • Phone (this is required for WWCC checks)
  • Email (this is required for WWCC checks)
  • Address (including street, suburb and postcode)
  • Date of Birth (this is required for WWCC checks)
  • WWCC or equivalent details:
    • Card type
    • Card number
    • Expiry Date

Please note that you can only link one club to any login profile - otherwise there will be issues with administration and reports in the Club Admin Portal.  As a workaround you will need to be set up with more than one login profile if you are a club administrator for multiple clubs.

Your local state gymnastics association will confirm the login details and provide further information to help you get started as a Club Administrator.
