To run reports:
- Go to the Reports tab
- Select a query
- Use the optional filters if you wish
- Select the find button
To export reports:
- On the top right hand corner of the report, there is an Export button
- Clicking on the Export button will display a drop down list
- Choose Excel from the list (or another format if you wish)
- Your browser will download the report into your computer.
Important Notes:
- All files export as the same file name, so you must either close or save the file as a different file name,before exporting another file as excel will not open two files of the same name at the same time.
- If an Athlete has multiple Gymsports, they will appear multiple times in these reports. Duplicate records only exist if there are more than one ID number for the same athlete.
- These reports contain a considerable number of data fields, so once the excel file report is downloaded fields can be sorted and reordered if required.
These are reports are currently available in Club Admin Home> Reports tab:

| A. Current Year Athletes (excl. Gymsport) | Athletes registered for the current year | Please use this report to see all athletes registered to your club. This does not include multi-club athletes. |
| B. Current Year Athletes (incl. Gymsport) | Athletes registered for the current year | Warning - this report shows athletes multiple times if they have multiple gymsports and does not contain athletes who do not have a gymsport. |
| C. Previous Year Athletes | Athletes registered for previous year who have not renewed for the current year. | This will not be a complete list of athletes registered in the previous year if your club has renewed athletes. Contact us if you would like a complete list. |
| D. Current Year Multi-Club Athletes | Multi-Club Athletes registered for current year | |
| E. Previous Year Multi-Club Athletes | Multi-Club Athletes registered in previous year who have not renewed for the current year. | This will not be a complete list of athletes registered in the previous year if your club has renewed athletes. Contact us if you would like a complete list. |
| F. Current Technical Members | Technical Members who are currently linked to your Club | This is where you can see technical member's expiry date and accreditation Please refer to this page if you need to make any changes to this list. |
| G. Technical Members Expired and Due to Expire | Technical Members who are currently linked to your Club that have expired or are due to expire over the next month, | Expired technical members need to be current to provide technical member services to your club. |
| H. Club Personnel | Club Personnel who are currently linked to your Club | Please refer to this page if you need to make any changes to this list. |
| I. Club Administrator | This is a list of current Club Administrators who have access to the Club Admin Portal for your club. | Please refer to this page if you need to update Club Administrators. |
| J. Current Year Athletes registered via the Club Importer | This is a list where you can check athlete registrations for the current year who have been registered via the Club Import method. | |
| K. Athlete Code Change Log | This is a change log of all changes to athlete codes for athletes who are registered to your club currently. | |
| L. Club Import - List of all Duplicates | This is a list of all duplicate records which were not registered via the Club Import process. | More information on handing duplicate records. Please ensure this list is sent to support for resolution. |
| M. Club Import - List of all Transfers | This is a list of all athletes which were not registered via the Club Import process and require either transfers or multi-club requests to be registered to your Club for the current year. | |
| N. Club Import - List of all Quarantined | This is a list of all quarantined records which were not registered via the Club Import process. | Records would be been quarantined for one or more of these reasons:

| O. Club Import - Completed Imports | This is a list of all completed imports via the Club Import process. | |
| P. Club Import - Cancelled Imports | This is a list of all cancelled imports via the Club Import process. | |
| Q. Club Import - Failed Imports | This is a list of all failed imports via the Club Import process. | |
| R. Club Importer Export | This report extracts athlete information in the format which is required for the club import to work. | |
| S. Current Year New Athletes | This report shows all new athletes who have been created by your club with in the current year. |
