How to opt your club into delivering a Sporting Schools Program
To opt your Club into delivering a Sporting Schools Program, please follow these instructions:
  1. Open the Club Admin Portal
  2. Click on the Admin tab
  3. Click on the Register for Sporting Schools button*
  4. A Sporting Schools Program Opt-In Screen will appear. Please select the program(s) your club is prepared to deliver, as well as indicating your club's travel and equipment requirements:

  5. The Sporting School Contacts listed at the bottom of the form can be added or updated via the Club Personnel tab. You must select exactly two contacts to submit the opt in form. If no contacts are listed, you must complete this step first before you can submit the form. Please note these contacts will have their names listed on the GA Club Finder and in the government Sporting School portal^.
  6. Once the form is completed, please use the submit button.
  7. The next day after the form is submitted, your Club will see:
    • Your club's profile on the Club Finder updated.
    • A new Sporting Schools tab in the Club Admin Portal which contains:
      • a link to the Sporting Schools Portal
      • more information on the booking process
    • Ability to access the Sporting School resources on the Resource Portal tab in the Club Admin Portal.
*if the button does not display your club has already registered for Sporting Schools.

^ If there is only one contact (solo operator) please email generalsupport@gymnastics.org.au and request to be opted in manually.
