Validation Template: Import a previous upload file or from the Club Importer> Export page

Step 1Do not import a club data file if you have existing data in the tableExisting data will disappear in the tables when exporting a data file.  
As a workaround please either:
  • create and save an import file before adding a club data file into the template.
  • Save the template as a different file.
Step 2Click on the button 'Import Club Data File'Macros need to be enabled
Step 3Find a file to import and select OKFile can be the one of the files generated via the following instructions or a previous club importer upload file which you have used from the past.

Important: File that is being imported must be in an .xls format.

If your club uses iClass pro, please look at this information.

If you receive an error message 'Error raised in ImportClubData File: Invalid procedure call or argument', it means that you have selected a file that cannot be imported.
Step 4You cannot import more than one Club Data File at a timeExisting data will disappear in the tables when exporting a data file.  
As a workaround please either:
  • create and save an import file before adding a club data file into the template.
  • Save the template as a different file.
