Add Disability or Special Olympics information to an Athlete Profile

This information is used for demographic information and Special Olympics entries:

1. Access the athlete profile via one of these methods.
    
2. Once on the athlete's profile, scroll down to the Demographic Information header.
    
3. Click on the pencil icon to the right of the Demographic Information header.
    
4. Update one (or more of these fields):
   1. Disability - Physical
   2. Disability - Intellectual
   3. Disability - Other
   4. SOA Member (Info: SOA = Special Olympics Australia)
   5. SOA Membership Number (Info: SOA = Special Olympics Australia)
5.  Click on the Save button.
