macOS is not natively supported for the Validation Template process. To operate the Validation Template, consider the following options:
- Use a Windows Machine
- Use Mac Bootcamp. Bootcamp allows a Windows operating system to be created on a Mac machine. Please note, you will still need a Windows and Excel license to use this method. Please see the following links for assistance on Bootcamp:
- Use Virtual Box. Virtual Box is a free virtual environment that allows an install of Windows and Excel to take place without using system hardware. Can be downloaded from:

- Purchase Parallels - Parallels is a virtual environment similar to virtual box designed to make installing a windows virtual machine easy, these solutions make Windows much more integrated into the OS and more seamless, you can download a pre-built virtual machines during the install process, and purchase Windows 10 as part of the setup process, you can also get a 30 day free trial as, also required is a MS Office license or subscription.
- VMWare Fusion for Mac exactly the same as Parallels but made by VMWare, has the same requirements as Parallels
