FLEX is your gateway to all our Education Courses including Child Safeguarding courses, Coach Accreditation courses, Judge Accreditation courses and Participation courses.
Please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your browser platform - all other browsers (including Safari) may result in technical issues
- You must have a member profile prior to access FLEX - if you do not, please create a profile first. More information on how to create a profile can be found at this link.
- Your profile MUST be up to date with date of birth and address details - do not proceed until this information has been updated. Click on "My Account" to update this information before proceeding.
- FLEX is accessible to those aged 14 or over.
1. Log into your Technical Member Profile via the sign in page
2. Click on the "FLEX Learning" link located at the top of the page.
3. This will direct you to your homepage of FLEX. Please access the terms and conditions before proceeding.
Errors in accessing FLEX
If you happen to experience a log in issue (as pictured above), please ensure you have addressed that information addressed above under IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Access to FLEX will not be permitted to those with an account missing mandatory information. If you have updated your profile information, we recommend logging out, clearing your browsers cookies and cache, then try logging in again.
