Existing Gymnastics Online Users
If you have not received an email confirming your username or a reset password link to our new member portal and you were an existing Gymnastics Online user in our previous iMIS CRM, please go to the sign in area and click on the Forgot your password? link located under the sign in area. Please follow the prompts to verify your email address and update your password to get back into your account.

High level process flow
Basic Navigation
1. Navigate to Member Portal
2. You will be taken to a sign in page, click on the Forgot your password?
3. Enter your Email Address and Click on Send Verification Code.
4. Verification code will be sent to your inbox. Please copy it to the input box below.
5. Once your email address verified, click Continue.
6. If you have not received the code, click on Send new code
7. Enter your Email Address again, to authorize with Password Reset
8. Enter your new password and confirm new password
10. You will be taken to a sign in page
- Enter Email Address
- Enter Password
- Click Sign In
