Basic Navigation
- Navigate to Member Portal, click ‘Sign in’
- Agree ‘Terms and Conditions’
- In your portal home page, you will be able to see the contact’s name and unique ID.
- Click Knowledge Base
- You will be navigated to ‘Knowledge Base’ page to access all the knowledge base articles
