Please use these instructions to request an athlete transfer in Member Portal
 
High level process flow
 
 
 
Basic Navigation
 
1. Navigate to Member PortalYou will be taken to a sign in page
  • Enter Email Address
  • Enter Password
  • Click Sign In
  • Once you have signed in, Member Portal and Agree to the Terms and Conditions.

2. Click Add or Transfer Participants under My Clubs.

3. Click Add or Transfer Participant


4. The first step is to search the system, to see if the participant already has their details on file.


5. Click Request Transfer

6. Initiate Transfer of the participant

7. The Transfer request will be visible under Transfer List

8. If you wish to Cancel Transfer, click on it

9. Click Change to switch to the club you wish to transfer

10. Select the Club


11. Click Approve Or Deny the transfer request 

12. Click the dropdown and select the appropriate option.

13. To verify the status of the transfer request, click on Transfer List of the club you wish to transfer.

Notice the status is approved.
