Basic Navigation
1. Navigate to Member Portal
2. You will be taken to a sign in page
- Enter Email Address
- Enter Password
- Click Sign In
3. Once you are logged in click on your profile icon.
4. Click Reset Password.
5. Enter the Email Address.
6. Click Send Verification code.
7. Enter the Verification Code, which you have received in your registered email address.
8. Click on verify code
9. Click on Continue
10. Create your "New Password" & "Confirm New Password"
11. Using your new credential, try to login in Member Portal.
12. You are now logged in Member Portal.
