- In the new membership portal, if a transfer is denied by selecting ‘Denied (Still Training)’ from the dropdown menu, a multi-club registration will be automatically created by the system. The multi-club registration will be linked to the club which had the transfer request denied, and the gymsport/level/program the participant is registered under at the primary club will be copied to the secondary club. Clubs are able to update this information by accessing the record in the portal and selecting ‘Edit Program(s)’.
- Currently, the multi-club request form is not available on the GA club portal. To manually request a multi-club athlete registration, please complete this form. Please ensure the club submitting the multi-club request is listed as the Secondary Club, and the athlete's current club is listed as the primary club.
- To renew an existing multi-club athlete who is already registered to your Club - please complete this form.
- Clubs must register multi-club athletes within 30 days of receiving a notification that the athlete is training at another Club. If you received this notification via a denied transfer email, the system will automatically create a multi-club registration.
- Please note that multi-club registration forms cannot be processed unless the athlete has been registered with their primary club for the current calendar year. Or, the athlete has a pending transfer between their current club and another club.
- If a multi-club request is submitted for an athlete who has a denied transfer request due to outstanding fees in the calendar year, this request will be declined, and the club submitting the request will be advised to inform the athlete that any outstanding fees must be resolved with the primary club. Once all fees are resolved, a new transfer request will need to be lodged.
- Clubs can check club ID numbers required on the registration form via the Club Finder.
- In the club’s list of registered participants, multi-club athletes are denoted by True in the ‘Multi Athlete’ column.
- In registration reports of current participants (available upon request from GA), multi-club athletes are denoted by ‘Secondary’ in the Location Status column:
- The athlete's gymsport and level(s) at both clubs are used to determine which club the athlete can compete for:
- If an athlete is registered under the same gymsport at both clubs e.g. WAG at the Current and Secondary Club, the athlete can only compete in WAG for the primary club and can only train for WAG at the secondary club
- If an athlete is registered under different gymsports at both clubs e.g. WAG at the Current Club and ACR at the Secondary Club, the athlete can compete in WAG for the primary club and ACR for the secondary club - For more information about multi-club athletes, please refer to the National Club Administration Policy.
