Your Club will receive a notification that a Transfer is Approved (requires action) if the Gymsports/Programs that the participant is registered to currently are not offered by the New Club. 
 
This means that the participant will be transferred to the new Club but the new Club will need to review the participant's registration and add new Gymsports/Programs which are offered by the Club to the transferred participant's record.
 
To do this, navigate to the Add or Transfer Participants page on the portal, then from the status column under the ‘renew’ header, change the dropdown menu from active to the blank option which updates the list of participants;
 
When you type in the participant's name on the search bar, this will filter the list to show the participant's record where you will be able to add a gymsport/program using the ‘Edit program(s)’ button:
 
 
Under the National Club Administration Policy and the Athlete Coding Guide, Clubs are required to keep at least one Gymsport/Program and Level (athlete code) on an active participant's profile at a time.
