Please use these instructions to opt in for Child Safety Course for Child Safety Representatives in Member Portal
There is a new Child Safety Course called 'GA - Call It Out' which is required for Club Child Safety Representatives to be considered compliant in your Club's WWCC Check tab from 3 November 2022.

Please Note:
- Every Club requires at least one Child Safety Representative nominated via Flex -> Training Library -> Safeguarding and Integrity Courses & Webinar -> ENROL Call It Out. More information.
- To be a compliant Child Safety Representative from 3 November 2022, you must complete this new Every Body is Unique Course in Flex (LMS).
- Use below listed instructions on how you can access Call It Out Course.
- All Club Administrators are now able to access the LMS via their Flex Learning from Member Portal.
- If the Child Safety Representative does not have GOL access, please raise a support ticket.
- This course is the same course as what Technical Members need to complete.
High level process flow
Basic Navigation
1. Navigate to Member Portal, you will be taken to a sign in page
- Enter Email Address
- Enter Password
- Click Sign In
- Once you have signed in, Member Portal and Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
2. Click on Flex learning
3. Click on LOG IN WITH SSO
4. Once you have logged in Flex, navigate to Training Library
Click on VIEW COURSE of Safeguarding and Integrity Courses & Webinar
5. Click on ENROL to complete GA - Call It Out online course.
