Please use these instructions to bulk upload participant details using Club Importer in Member Portal
 

Important Update:

  • Gymnastics Australia and State/Territory Gymnastics Associations are moving to a new Membership system on 3 July 2024.  As this is a new system, there is a new club importer template and process.
  • To allow clubs and their class management system providers time to get ready for the changes with the Club Importer Template, these are report requirements for Gymnastics in Australia Club Importer to be used from its release from 3 July 2024.
  • These requirements can be passed onto any Club Class Management software for them to build reports which allow you to easily import participants into Gymnastics Online system.  There are some useful documents at the bottom of this page which can be downloaded including the updated Club Importer Template.

Basic Navigation
 
1. Navigate to Member Portal. You will be taken to a sign in page
  • Enter Email Address
  • Enter Password
  • Click Sign In
  • Once you have signed in, Member Portal and Agree to the Terms and Conditions.



 2. If you will click on the ‘icon’ of top right corner, you will be able to see all the Club’s which are connected to the contact.

 
3. Click "Club Importer” under My Clubs

 
4. Click "New Importer”
 
*Make sure, you are under your selective club to start new import

 
5.  Chose the file you wish to upload

 
6. Click "Upload"

 
7. Notice, import completed with no errors

 
8. Click "Club Importer” under My Clubs again to verify the participant details is reflecting under your club or not

 
Notice, the participants are successfully imported as the active club members
